Single plug headsets combines headphone and microphone functions needed for a single output jack. Popular devices include Chromebooks, iPads, Laptops, Microsoft Surface, Samsung Galaxy Tabs, All Android Tablets, and All Microsoft Windows Tablets, smartphones, and most newer devices now have a single jack for both audio & microphone. (The technical name for the this plug type is TRRS)
Important: A significant number of single plug models have plug barrels that are way too thick to fit in the protective cases popular in education today. All our models have a thin barrel design and will easily fit all protective cases. Another "nightmare" problem is that plugs break off in the jacks causing expensive losses and repairs. Students holding tablets can put "thumb leverage" on the barrel causing a standard plug design to break off. All our model's plugs have been tested to insure this will not happen.
