How To Order
You can place on order in the following ways: order on our online store, fax or mail your PO, or call our Sales & Service team to place it over the phone at 800-232-2979. For your convenience, we have an Offline Order Form that you can print and fill out, then mail or fax it to us.

Purchase Orders
We accept official purchase orders from all state and federally funded institutions. For online orders using a Purchase Order, select the "Purchase Order" payment method during checkout. Please also send us a copy of your offical PO via email or fax.

Returns & Cancellations
The manufacturers that we represent have return policies that can vary widely. Generally, if the products are unused and include the original packaging, they can be returned back to the manufacturer. A Return Authorization must be requested within 15 days of delivery. We, nor our manufacturers, can accept a return without prior authorization. At time of order, you will be advised if you are ordering a non-returnable product such as custom furniture, etc. You could be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% - 30% if the order arrives as specified. You can be assured that our team will always be fair and work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
