|•||Before you package your merchandise for refund or exchange, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). You may call customer service at (800) 238-8009 between the hours of 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. CST.

|•||Merchandise will not be accepted for processing without an RMA# on the outside of the box.|
|•||Items you are returning should already be indicated as part of the RMA. Please do not include additional merchandise that has not already been indicated as a return request. If you need to return additional merchandise, you will need to create another return and obtain a new RMA #.|
|•||Please include a copy of your original invoice receipt with your merchandise. Once you have indicated your RMA number on the outside package, please send your return via an insured carrier to:

|•||All accessories, cables, internal packaging, etc. must be included with the return or credit will not be given.|
|•||The shipping charges for merchandise ordered in error, or any non-defective item, is your responsibility. This includes original shipping charges to ship the product to you.|
|•||If the product is defective, or an ACP Direct error, we will provide a prepaid return label to you.|
|•||Please make sure you ship your package insured and prepaid via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. We do not accept responsibility for uninsured or non-receipt verification returned packages.|
|•||Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process the refund and/or process the requested replacement items.|
|•||All items are subject to manufacturer warranty. Some items may require you to contact the manufacturer directly.|
|•||All non-defective items shipped from the manufacturer will be charged a 20-30% restocking fee upon return. Assembled furniture may be non-returnable, and will depend on individual manufacturer policy.|
|•||Any items needing to be returned due to shipping damages will need to have been signed for at the time of delivery. Replacing items that did not have this notation on the delivery receipt, will be at the discretion of ACP Direct.|
